Bread Glorious Bread!
One question we've had over and over again in our time making the best bacon, sausages, burgers (and all the rest) in China for you guys is 'Do you have any buns/bread/rolls?' etc.
Well now the answer to that question is a big old YES!

English Muffins, or what the English themselves like to call simply muffins, are a breakfast game changer. This is the one I'm the most excited about so we're putting it right at the top.
Split them in half, toast them, slather with butter, then add anything really. But for me my topping of choice would be a slice of back bacon and a poached egg on top of each half. Bit of brown sauce on top. Simple pleasures.
Next up, we've got a couple of heavy hitters from the cuisines of the Mediterranean/Middle-East. You can use these for all sorts of things, they are as versatile as you want them to be, but we would suggest pairing them with our new Sliced Doner Kebab Meat for a peak into what life would be like if 3am food was actually haute cuisine.
If, like me, you are less aware of the laffa than the pita then you can think of it as a softer, fluffier, pocketless version. Which sounds great to me.
And now, last but certainly not least, the simple classics. Burger Buns and Hot Dog Buns. Because who wants to eat a hot lump of delicious meat with just their fingers? I mean, imagine the mustard all up your arms? Barbecues would be awful.
So, when you're putting in your meat order this week, be sure to get yourself a big bag of buns to wrap around it all.
